At Giesswein, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable wool products. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the return slip inside your original Giesswein packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at the nearest authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
